Art Breaker - Scarce City - Rain Shadow Studios

Scarce City is an interdisciplinary participatory artwork that premiered at the National Gallery Singapore in January 2025. Combining immersive theatre, interactive technology, and serious games, it invites participants to navigate a resource management game within a 3D-printed recycled plastic landscape. Inspired by Kate Raworth’s Doughnut Economics, it challenges prevailing economic and environmental narratives.
